1. Order Processing Time

• Please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare and quality-check your order before it is dispatched.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time via trackable shipping services is as follows:

• Hong Kong: 4 - 7 business days

United States & Asia: 7 – 15 business days

Canada, Europe & Australia: 7 – 15 business days

Rest of the World: 15 – 20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal holidays, or unexpected carrier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours. You can use this number to track your package securely.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred. JEWELEA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages (Over 30 Days)

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us immediately. We will launch an official inquiry with the logistics carrier to locate your package. If the carrier officially confirms that the package is lost, we will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for you.
